Nouille Vivante is a Chinese restaurant specializing in fresh noodles, homemade before your eyes.
Its original name is the literal translation of “火着的面”, an expression that echoes the ancestral art of working wheat dough, as practiced for centuries in Northern China.
Making noodles is much more than just a culinary gesture: it is a living tradition that dates back more than 3,000 years, a testament to the affluence and longevity of Chinese culture.
